The whole process was seamless and I was paid the quoted amount as I was upfront and honest with the condition of my device. There was an error (my own fault) with the bank transfer much was quickly detected and rectified. I was paid within 24 hours of the testing completing. I will be a returning customer for sure. I was a bit warey
I was a bit warey of sending an expensive item in the post. I was expecting to hear that the valuation wasn’t accurate and they might offer me less once I’d gone to the effort of sending it. I had nothing to worry about. They paid what they valued it at. There was a bit of a slow start. I did request a post label rather than them sending me packaging, but I never received the label by email. Packaging arrived a few days later. They have a portal where you can log in and see progress in real time, which is excellent. Once it was received they processed it quickly. Order number 230495
